Another day at IS class...Today our teacher(Richard) didnt come for class to teach us. Seems lyk he had something urgent going on. So, the class is taken by another teacher(dunno wats her name)...she is so fun n so interactive with us. The funni tink is, she tout we were from Film & Media course!!!HAHA...when we tld her tt we are from Electronics course, she was surprised n amazed at the same time. Amazed coz we were so "open" about the topics and she didnt teach students frm engineering tt are so "open before. So YA...I oni can say tt we are not wat we seem lyk(WAHAHA). So for those ppl hu despise on engineering students, Pls tink again. We can be as Clever n Interactive as u are.(or maybe better)
Anyway, Back to topic. Today at IS class, learnt about what are the differences between INFATUATION and LOVE.
Do u noe wat is it??Did u ever tink about it? IF it is a NO, let me share with u.....
INFATUATION:
--> Compulsion to be with that person
--> A lack of trust
--> Extreme of emotions
-->Willingness to take abuse(physical or emotional) or behave in destructive ways
LOVE:
--> Mutual FEELING
For me, Infatuation is lyk a short term feeling. Lyk loving at first sight. This kind of feeling doesnt last long. So ppl, IF its infatuation tt u are toking abt, pls...CONSIDER AGAIN. The person might not be the one tt u wanna be with. Its juz an act of rashness. Dun regret the decision of rashness at the end of the day.=D
For couples tt are in love, it is important tt both shld not be tgt lyk a super glue (lyk tgt for 24/7). It is crucial tt both parties must have their own circle of friends. Remember!!!In this world, its not only u n ur partner. Find your girlfrens or buddies to Shop, Play or anything. Its not a must to stick to each other. Tis will only end the relationship earlier.
At the same time, Seeking a partner is important but one must noe how to manage their biological arousal & phychological reactions. Dun do stuffs tt u will regret at the later stage.(u Shld noe wat i mean)
There are many types of love in this world and it consists of three factors. INTIMACY, PASSION and COMMITMENT. Which do u tink its the most impt??
If only one factor is present in the relationship, which will u choose it is?
Types of love : one-night stand, puppy love, parents love, No love in a relationship.
Consummate love is the only love tt has all factors present. So hu doesnt want this kinda love?
I remember teacher asking us, if a guy were to make love to a girl that is a total stranger, what will they do?How will they feel?
So the guys answered: "i will feel bad", "i will have to take up the responsibility". But, how many guys are WILLING to do that nowadays?how many are willing to take up the responsibility of taking care a girl that they totally dun understand or no love is present? I believe oni 4 out of 10(or maybe lesser) will dare. Not tt i am looking down on guys, but this is the fact. Dont u agree?
Ok, to be fair, lets say abt girls. Lets juz say... oni a handful of girls will wish that it was oni a one-night stand. (Although i dun deny there are such "CHEAP" girls.)
Anyway...as usual, we watched a movie today. Its call "When HArry Met Sally". It is quite a nice movie. It can make ppl understand the reasons why a guy & girl cannot be friends forever. It is re
commended to watch!!!HAHA=DOk ..i have shared enough of the things i learnt today. Hope it triggers some of u to tink about it. =D
